Payment for our services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment without charge up to [24] hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Access to Vehicle:
You are responsible for providing access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location. If we cannot access your vehicle, you may be charged a service fee.
6. Quality of Service:
We strive to provide high-quality car wash services, but results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains or contaminants.
7. Liability:
PC Mobile Car Wash is not liable for any damage to your vehicle that is not a direct result of our service. You are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing damage or concerns.
8. Environmental Responsibility:
We use eco-friendly cleaning products and methods to minimize our environmental impact. However, we are not responsible for any environmental fines or violations related to your vehicle.
9. Safety Precautions:
For safety reasons, please keep a safe distance from our service technicians and equipment during the car wash process.

If you have any complaints or feedback about our services, please contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
